If we feel we can help, you will receive a telephone interview. If this telephone interview goes well, normally your paperwork will then be presented on each of our searches that meet your and our guidelines.

If we are unsure we can help, if your resume may fit an occasional search or if we are unable to contact you because of our work load, we will forward our application out to you. We would ask that you fill that out and return it by mail. These applications are evaluated upon receipt and will be entered into our database.

It is not necessary to send multiple resumes for different searches. Your resume will be considered for all searches in the context of your and our guidelines.

Please do not follow up on your resume. Let us contact you as needed. Time may preclude us from taking calls.

If you do not hear from us, we may not be able to help you at this time. Please do not be offended, we simply cannot represent everyone who contacts us.

If we cannot help you, reasons could include:

• lack of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• frequent job changes
• experience outside of our normal disciplines or industries served
• lack of minimum education required by client
• too little experience
• inability to relocate, or targeted relocation are not strong enough in your discipline/industry
• compensation requests beyond the normal for your background
• position objectives beyond or very different from a normal next step.
