OPERATIONS MANAGER/GENERAL MANAGER:
Previous experience as General Manager for a small chemical/food processing company where he was responsible for the installation and startup of new packaging/processing equipment. Prior to that he was Director of Manufacturing for a national dressings manufacturer with seven direct reports including engineering, maintenance, finance, quality control and purchasing. Was previously also Director of Manufacturing for an international food company responsible for developing operation procedures and formula revisions for a large cheese processing plant. Extremely strong background in operations management and leadership along with a good background in Total Quality and Change Management. Capable of building and maintaining a strong leadership team under the most challenging of situations. Open to relocation. Salary in the $150,000+ range.
